Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This right applies to all customers worldwide.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at tatigf@thejewelsyoulove.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by The Jewels You Love.


Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

Personalized and customized jewels are non-returnable. For these pieces we will only accept exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All shipping costs related to exchanges — both return and new shipment — are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us at tatigf@thejewelsyoulove.com to start the process.


European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal

As a business established in Spain within the European Union, all customers have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

To exercise this right, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or customized items made to your specifications.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at tatigf@thejewelsyoulove.com.
