Exchange or Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days after the jewel arrives at its destination.

For personalized jewelry, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds will be issued once the jewel is returned to me in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees for returns or exchanges.

If exchanging, please ensure you send the item in a pre-paid certified envelope so I can ship the replacement back to you.
